Keith Tutt, II
Keith Tutt, II, Dove-award winning producer, a master cellist, composer, began studying the Suzuki Method of Cello at the age of four. His focus began with playing by ear first and incorporating sight reading around entering his school age years. By the age of seven, he was studying with world-renowned National Cello Institute founder Richard Mooney. Over the years, Keith's repertoire has expanded to include the bass, piano, guitar, programming and producing, most of which he has been self taught. This diverse musical background has enabled Keith to work with a variety of artists, such as Solange, Switchfoot, Shawn Mendes, Moses Sumney, JP Saxe, Israel Haughton, Phil Whickham, to name a few.
Keith has toured all over the world in various concert halls, famous clubs across Europe and Spain, Billboard Live in Tokyo and Osaka Japan, as well as the Hollywood Bowl, Ryman, and The Greek Theatre, stateside. Most recently he closed out the Sydney Opera House with 2 sold out shows. He is passionate about his craft and enjoys sharing his gift among the masses. He is co-founder of Crescendo, which teaches young children the world of orchestral music, discipline, determination, tenacity and builds self-esteem.
Keith sums up his mission with this statement: "Music is powerful. It's the greatest connector we have as humans, and I am always mindful of that fact when I create. It can single-handedly blur the lines that divide us and it is my mission to use it to uplift." He was born and raised in Southern, California, where he currently resides.
